Privacy policy
ProArk Solutions Inc. collects the minimum information needed to respond to you. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
If you contact us, book a consultation, or take the free assessment, we collect what you submit: your name, email address, company, and your message or assessment answers. Booking a consultation through our scheduling provider, Microsoft Bookings, is also covered by Microsoft's privacy statement.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the project. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing.
Analytics
If analytics are enabled, we use a privacy-focused, cookieless service that collects aggregate page statistics only. We don't build personal profiles or track you across sites.
AI features
When AI is switched on, the chat assistant and the written introduction in your assessment report come from Anthropic's Claude. What you type in the chat, or your assessment answers, is sent to Anthropic to produce that reply. We don't keep chat conversations unless you choose to send one to us. Please keep sensitive details out of the chat.
Storage and retention
Submissions are stored securely with our infrastructure providers and kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry or project. Write to us to have your information corrected or deleted.
